Whether you're planning a birthday bash, a bachelorette party, a company holiday event, or any special occasion, we offer a unique and fun experience tailored just for you. Enjoy a personalized one-hour dance lesson in the genre of your choice for up to 18 participants, followed by an additional hour for snacks/meal (provided by you) or an open dance party/free play.

Party Details

• Guest Limit The party can include up to 18 participants (not including adult hosts)

• Studio Use

• First Hour: Your group will enjoy the dance studio for a class of your choice, led by one of our instructors. 

• Second Hour: The room will be transformed for eating, a free dance party, or host-led activities. We provide tables, chairs, plates, cups, and a prep area (with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and microwave) for your convenience. You provide your own food, drinks, and party favours.

• Decorations: You are welcome to decorate the room before the party, using hooks, cork/whiteboards, or sticky tack (no tape or tacks please!).

• Supervision and Clean-Up

• An adult supervisor must be present throughout any children’s parties to ensure a safe environment.

• Please remove all decorations and tidy the room after use, including clearing tables and placing garbage and recycling in bins. We’ll take care of washing dishes and mopping floors.

• Time: Each party booking includes two hours of venue use. We ask that you respect the time allotted. Staff overtime fees may apply if the party extends beyond the scheduled time.

• Prices and Payment

• Two Hour party bookings are $260+HST

• Payment must be made in full by the day of the party by credit card, e-transfer, or cash.

• In case of cancellations or damages, a credit card number is required for booking, but it will not be charged at that time.

• Cancellations

• Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the party will incur a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the event are non-refundable.

• If Corner Brook Dance Hub must cancel the booking for an unforeseen reason, a full refund will be provided.
